4. Who can be located using this service?

  • You can locate your contacts who are Maxis and DiGi users who have given permission to share their location with you.

5. What is ‘Error E121’?

  • “Error E121” refers to the location currently being unavailable in the system.

6. What is ‘Error E0510’ ?

  • “Error E0510” indicates that the device of the person you are trying to locate is idle/not responsive for more than 5 minutes

7. What is ‘Error E023’

  • “Error E023” refers to timeout, which tends to happen when no location provided by the Maxis/DiGi in time

      I think this is pay per use service. But if not mistaken, this service do have subscription portion like the auto report.
