Want an easier way to locate your contacts? Save their phone numbers using nicknames!
Just follow these steps:
1) Send an SMS “FIND <Phone Number> <Nickname>” to short code 22001
Example: FIND 0121234567 ABC
**The nickname is limited to a maximum of 16 characters
2) You will then receive an SMS indicating your loved one’s location, such as:
RM0.30 FF: Location ****234567 (ABC) near KLCC Convention Center, WP KUALA LUMPUR @ 20:00
If you wish to update a saved nickname, repeat the first step but with the new nickname
1) Send an SMS “FIND <Phone Number> <Nickname>” to short code 22001
Example: FIND 0121234567 XYZ
**The nickname is limited to a maximum of 16 characters
2) You will receive an SMS with the updated nickname:
RM0.30 FF: Location ****234567 (XYZ) near KLCC Convention Center, WP KUALA LUMPUR @ 22:00
That’s it! You can now start locating your loved ones using their nicknames and receive their latest location updates instantly.
